A demon from the Lower World, Vorgoth has been trapped in the New World for so long he has forgotten all but the vaguest memories of the life he once led. Knowledge of his imprisonment and its reasons have also been lost to time. It is Vorm, of course, who has brought the Firelord into the fold as another beast in his fiery arsenal.
Few, scattered conversations with beings even more ancient than Vorgoth have allowed scholars to piece together a disparate history. It would seem that Vorgoth’s presence in the New World is the result of an ancient wager between the gods Slern and Vorm. Considering Vorgoth’s long-standing allegiance to the god of war, it’s not hard to guess who won.
